Status Update
Staff have actively pursued grant opportunities throughout the Strategic Plan term. In 2025, seven of 21 applications were successful, securing $188,833 in funding. In 2026, five applications have been submitted to date, with three approved, representing a 60% success rate and $310,000 awarded. Grant activity and success rates have improved year over year, reflecting a more proactive and strategic approach to identifying and pursuing funding opportunities.
