Enhance Planning Division processes
Status Update
A process improvement report will be presented to Council in 2026, which will outline the continuous improvement efforts that the Building, Planning and Development Services team has been undertaking related to development planning. Staff are working with Operations to finalize the Terms of Reference (ToR) documents for Traffic Impact Studies, Functional Servicing Report and Stormwater Management reports. Staff are also finalizing several ToRs internally, including Planning Justification Reports, Landscape Plans and Streetscape Plans/Analysis.
