Optimize and Promote Volunteer Firefighter Model
Status Update
To maximize the impact of our achievements, Staff will leverage social media exposure by sharing highlights and success stories across our platforms. This will be complemented by media exposure through press releases and interviews to reach a broader audience. Internally, we will ensure recognition by celebrating these accomplishments in our newsletter and during team meetings. Additionally, Staff will host a recognition night to honour outstanding contributions and foster a culture of appreciation.
