Status Update
Staff have actively advanced digital transformation, implementing improvements such as online building permits and inspection booking, an online Special Events form, an updated service delivery process, a Website Accessibility Plan, and a Strategic Plan Dashboard. A new Digital Transformation Strategy has also been drafted to guide governance, prioritization, and future digital initiatives across the organization.
