Status Update
Staff engagement remains a priority, with ongoing events, gatherings, large group meetings, and special celebrations fostering connection and feedback. A survey issued after the All-Team Meeting in Q4 2024 provided positive input, and a Health and Safety Survey was conducted in Q3 2024. An upcoming comprehensive staff survey in Q1 2025 will include questions on satisfaction, recognition preferences, and health and safety. The results will help shape an engagement plan for the remainder of 2025.
