Optimize and Promote Volunteer Firefighter Model
Status Update
To improve future recruitment efforts, we are implementing initiatives targeting local talent and tracking application trends to assess their impact. We were successful in recruiting 14 recruits in 2024. Retention strategies have been strengthened through enhanced training programs, and a firefighter feedback survey will be introduced to refine retention efforts further.
