Status Update
In 2023, two Lean Process Reviews were completed, examining the Service Delivery and Short-Term Rental processes. A third review, focused on the Special Events process, was completed in the fourth quarter of 2025. In 2026, a process mapping was conducted by the consultant as part of the CRM implementation, streamlining the service request process.
