Status Update
A comprehensive staff survey was issued in the first quarter of 2025, covering satisfaction, recognition preferences, and health and safety. Results informed the development of a Staff Experience Action Plan. A second staff survey was conducted in 2026 to continue tracking employee satisfaction and inform an update to the Staff Experience Action Plan.
