Summary of the Strategic Plan Implementation

Status Update

As of March 2024, Council's 2022-2027 Strategic Plan is making significant progress, with 58% of projects complete or tracking above or on target. Staff and Council are celebrating various project completions and proactively addressing any challenges, monitoring "at-risk" projects to ensure all Council objectives are met and the Plan is complete by 2027.
