Prepare development guidelines and supporting documentation
Status Update
Town Staff are continuing to work on the development of Site Plan Control Guidelines, in collaboration with several Town Staff including Operations, Engineering, and Fire. Staff are also preparing Pre-Consultation Guidelines, and will continue to prepare Guidelines to assist future applicants with planning application process including Minor Variances, Delegation requests, etc.
