Boost communications to villages and rural area
Status Update
Discussions are taking place to consider ways to engage with each community. Staff are exploring new methods to increase participation, such as hosting in-person Public Information Centres, conducting surveys to gather feedback, and creating social media campaigns to keep residents informed and involved. The development of a Community Engagement Plan will better formalize these efforts and establish a method for tracking progress.
